Branch Manager - 37.5+ hours per week

As Branch Manager you will be the brand ambassador for the store. You will use your knowledge of fashion and leadership skills to create a shopping experience that is the best on the high street.

You will motivate the team to deliver the ultimate customer experience by ensuring the store is commercial and looks visually exciting at all times.

You will be an experienced manager with proven track record in leading and developing a team. You will be an energetic manager who shows a keen enthusiasm for running a slick operation in store. You will have fantastic product knowledge, If you’re self-motivated and can lead a team, you’re just what we’re looking for. What we look for in our staff.

You must be a self-motivated individual with retail experience (with management/supervisor experience depending on vacancy), preferably in a fashion environment. You must be highly sales driven and have experience of working to targets/ key performance indicators. For management/supervisor roles you must have good leadership skills to manage a team of staff, strong experience of visual merchandising. You must have excellent customer service skills and good numeracy and must also be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and be commercially aware of the ladies fashion market.
