- You can return any unworn garments within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund (delivery cost are non refundable).

Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered using Royal Mail or by a carrier of Krisp's choosing, however Krisp will attempt to ensure the goods arrive within the timeframe of the Customer's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice.
