Delivery Details

The cost of delivery is per order regardless of the number of items ordered. Below is a breakdown of the delivery options we provide.

* Expected delivery time will be the next working day provided the order is place before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next available working day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

** Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be received on Saturday. Orders placed any other day (or after 12pm Friday) will be held and delivered the following Saturday.

WORKING DAYS

Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Please bare this in mind when placing an order for Express delivery on a weekend.

Next day service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.

STANDARD DELIVERY

All Standard Deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class and are expected to take 1-2 days to arrive once you receive a ‘Dispatched’ confirmation.

This option is only available to residents within the UK.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

All Express deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm may be sent out the following day and will therefore be delivered within 2 days.

Orders placed on Monday before 12pm will be delivered on Tuesday. 

Orders placed on Monday after 12pm will be dispatched on Tuesday and will be received by Wednesday.

Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will arrive on Monday.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

A signature will always be required upon delivery of the order. A tracking number will be available on request.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

All Saturday deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive the following day on Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or any other day will be held by Royal Mail and will arrive the following Saturday.

Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Saturday. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday and will be received by the next Saturday.

Orders placed on Monday will arrive the upcoming Saturday.

Orders placed on Thursday will arrive on Saturday.

A signature will always be required upon delivery of the order. A tracking number will be available on request.

EUROPE AND IRELAND

All European and Ireland orders will be sent via Royal Mail and are expected to take up to 7 working days to arrive.

WORLD WIDE DELIVERY

The ‘World Wide’ option is for the rest of the world (USA, Asia, etc). All orders will be sent via using courier and are expected to take up to 14 working days to arrive.
