You can return any unworn Internet purchases within 30 days of the dispatch date.
Sale items, however, are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note to be used online.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on lingerie, or pierced jewellery unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can find details of the returns instructions on the reverse of your dispatch note. Your refund will only be issued back onto the card used to purchase the goods.
There are two options to return goods to us:
1. Return via post.
You can post your item(s) back to us within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund only. Please enclose your dispatch note with your returned garment(s) stating the reason for the return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we are unable to accept any responsibility should your returned parcel get lost or damaged during delivery.

2. Return to a KRISP store.
You can return garments to any KRISP store within 14 days of dispatch date for an immediate refund or exchange. Please bring your original dispatch note as proof of purchase as refunds/exchange cannot be accepted.
Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged instore or online, or exchanged for a credit voucher to be used online only.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the delivery charge of your order. However, if your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your postage. Please note that we are unable to refund the cost of posting the item back to us or assume responsibility for lost returns post. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us by post.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to refund items returned to us which have exceeded 14 days, have been returned in an unsellable condition, or a sale item.
