Once reward points are in your e-wallet
You can redeem your points at checkout.
£5 | Redeem £5 off your next purchase |

Your points are calculated based on the final total of your purchase (after discounts).
To check your current points, log in to your account and click on MY POINTS section. This should take you to My Members Points. From there you can see your current points amount.
Login to your account. Go to MY POINTS section. Once you hit 100 points you can convert them to e-wallet funds. Simply click button: CONVERT POINTS TO E-WALLET.
Go back to your main account page. On top of the page you will be now able to see your e-wallet funds. You can use them next time when you shop with KRISP.
Please allow 3 days after your order has been dispatched for points to appear in your account.

You can redeem your reward points at checkout with credit/debit card transactions. The amount available in your e-wallet will be deducted from your basket total on the next purchase.
IMPORTANT: Before placing the order, make sure to go to your account and convert your points to e-wallet funds.
Unfortunately, at this moment in time we cannot offer this option for PAYPAL transactions.

No worries! If you placed your order without registering as a user, and didn't know about the loyalty program, we can still upgrade your account and add points manually. Simply email us at website@krisp.co.uk

Hi Krisp Team,
I have placed an order with you as a guest user. My order number is: {insert your order number}. I would like to updgrade my account to registered user and start using loyalty program. Can you please change my account and add reward points from the latest order.

Please note, we can add points only from your latest order.
*Points reset every 6 months at the end of June (30th June) and December (31st December).
