  • UK NEXT DAY (order by 2 pm) is £4.99 guaranteed to reach you by 1pm the next day (excluding Sundays). (Only for orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri). For orders over £80 this service is FREE of charge. 
  • Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland) is £9.99. Place an order on Friday by 2PM and we will guarantee a delivery on following Saturday. 
  • Europe or Ireland -  £3.49 (5-7 working days after dispatch). FREE on orders over £60.
  • Australia, New Zealand - unfortunately due to Coronoa Virus and the shortage in flight we had to increase our delivery prices for parcels going out to Australia and New Zealand to £28.50.
  • USA & Rest of the World - £5.99. FREE on orders over £60.
  • You can return any unworn garments within 30 days of the dispatch date for a full refund (delivery cost are non refundable). You can return your items to UK, Germany, France, Spain or USA location. 
  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, or pierced jewellery are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights

How Can I Pay?

You may use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take security very seriously, and so your card details are not held on our database.

All credit and debit card payments are subject to authorisation and security checks, as a protection against fraud.

How do I use my discount/promo code?

Simply click on 'Got A Discount Code?' found under the subtotal when viewing your basket. Enter your Promo Code into the box and click on 'Apply' to activate it. 

If applied correctly, the subtotal should update to show your discount. 

You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

Goods shall be delivered using by a carrier of Krisp's choosing, however Krisp will attempt to ensure the goods arrive within the timeframe of the Customer's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice.
