If you place your order on Saturday it will be dispatched the next working day. * Orders placed by 2pm Mon-Thur will be delivered the next day (exluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday and/after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that couriers are experiencing higher volumes in orders and any delays due to Covid-19 are beyond our control.
Working days refer to Monday - Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Please bear this in mind when placing an order for Next Day delivery on a weekend.
Next day service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.
All Saver delivery orders are sent via a Standard WHISTL service. These orders are expected to be delivered within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
This option is only available to residents within Mainland UK.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
All NEXT DAY delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day and will arrive the next day. Orders placed after 2pm may be sent out the following working day and will therefore be delivered within 2 days.
Orders placed on Monday before 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Monday after 2pm will be dispatched on Tuesday and will be received by Wednesday.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will arrive from Saturday to Monday.
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be dispatched on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.

Please Note: Any industrial strikes by our delivering partners may cause delay to the delivery time. For further information, please visit the Royal Mail website for information on any industrial strikes or possible delays to the service.
EUROPE AND IRELAND
All European and Ireland orders will be sent via our accredited courier service. These orders are expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days after receiving dispatch confirmation.
WORLD WIDE DELIVERY
The World Wide delivery option accounts for all other countries including USA and Asia. These orders are sent via our accredited courier service. These orders are expected to be delivered within 7 to 20 working days after receiving dispatch confirmation.
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt at the address below or at one of our Krisp stores. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt.
SALE ITEMS - Any sale items purchased online, and in a resell able condition, may be returned for an exchange or full refund during the 14 day cooling off period after purchase. Sale items returned after the 14 days and up to 30 days will have the value credited to your E wallet. You can use your E-wallet as payment or part payment for future orders. The balance of your E-wallet cannot be refunded/transferred to a Credit or Debit card, and no cash alternative can be offered.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will have to contact your delivery company should your returned item go missing during transit. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked & signed delivery service to ensure the return of the items.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we will have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on errings for pierced ears.
Returning to a store:
You may return any full priced item(s) to one of our Krisp stores for a full refund or exchange provided the item(s) are in perfect sale-able condition within 30 days of dispatch date. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please remember to take your invoice with you, as the sales advisor in store will need to check off your return(s).
Returning by post:
You may return your item(s) to us via post, within 30 days of dispatch, for a refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility except when we have made an error, or the garment(s) is faulty.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
The original delivery cost is non-refundable for unwanted items.
Postage cost will only be reimbursed if the garment is faulty and no other items were ordered at the same time.
We will reimburse the postage cost of the returned item should the item prove to be faulty or sent in error. The returns postage cost will not be reimbursed if other items are returned which are not faulty (or sent in error).
Upon returning any items, please include a completed 'Returns form' along with your invoice and the items you would like to return. The address to send items that you wish to return is as follows:-

Refunding the Delivery Charge:
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period.
FREE RETURNS LABEL
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning it to our head office. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the free return label.
