Returns & Refunds
In case you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it to us following the rules below, as long it is still in its original condition.
- items must be returned and received in our warehouse within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. Items returned after that time will not be refunded unless specifically agreed with us prior to return
- item must be returned in unused, unworn condition, without ANY MAKE UP STAINS, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
- items should be returned using our return service, so parcels may be fully tracked. Please follow the link below to create your label
How do I return order placed on KRISP website?
For all orders placed on KRISP website, we offer prepaid return label that you can generate by clicking the link below. You will not have to pay anything while dropping off your product you your nearest local post office. However, the return cost of £4.95 will be deducted from the final refund

Please note: We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. Any items returned outside of this timeframe or in damaged condition will be returned to you at your cost.
How do I return order placed on Debenhams marketplace?
To return a KRISP item placed on Debenhams marketplace, please contact us at website@krisp.co.uk. Our customer service will be in touch shortly with specific Debenhams return instructions.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item that you ordered arrives damaged, you should get in contact with us as soon as possible at website@krisp.co.uk If your item is damaged, put this in writing, ideally in an email. Take photos of the damage so that you have a record of the issues and how you received the goods. You should also act quickly to prove that the item was not damaged after it was delivered.
Due to the nature of our product we carry out a very extensive product inspection for return items so please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. There is no need to contact us. Please hold on to your proof of returns until you have received your refund.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
The original delivery cost is non-refundable for unwanted items. Postage cost will only be reimbursed if the garment is faulty and no other items were ordered at the same time. Your delivery charge will be refunded in some circumstances, for example if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
